"Cold meds showed up cold, which was a relief"
I ordered my dog’s refrigerated meds and felt a little nervous about having something like that shipped. I don’t totally love the idea of meds sitting in transit, but they packed it with ice packs and it was still nice and cold when I opened the box. The box itself wasn’t beat up or anything either. Overall it was easy and reassuring, even if I still feel a tiny bit weird about ordering cold meds online. I’d order again.

"Reliable delivery every time"
I’ve ordered from petsdrugmart.ca a few times now, i feel good about sticking with them. When it comes to my dog’s meds, I don’t really want to gamble with random delays or packages going missing, so dependable delivery matters to me. So far, everything has shown up when expected, and the tracking has been simple enough to follow. It just makes the whole process a lot less stressful, and that’s reason enough for me to keep ordering from them

"Convenient, but I’m not totally sure it was worth it"
I’ve been using Pets Drug Mart mostly for refills, and it’s been okay overall. I do like that I don’t have to start from scratch every time, and I can usually find my pet’s meds quickly. That said, the refill page feels a little clunky sometimes, and I’ve had to double check whether my order actually went through, which made me second-guess using it. Shipping was slower than I expected once too, so I had a bit of buyer’s remorse after placing the order. It’s convenient, but not completely smooth. I’d probably give it 3 stars for now.

The refund came through, so I’ll give them credit for that. It wasn’t exactly the fastest or smoothest process I’ve ever dealt with, but hey, at least they managed to get the important part right in the end.

"I ordered from petsdrugmart i was expecting…"
I ordered from Pets Drug Mart i was expecting to sit around waiting for updates like I usually do with online orders, which always drives me crazy. But this was processed faster than I thought, and the updates came through quickly. It was nice not having to wonder what was going on the whole time. Overall, really happy with how easy and smooth it was.

My order went through without any real issues, but the tracking was frustrating. For a couple days it only said the label had been created, so I wasn’t sure if the pet meds had even shipped yet. On top of that, having to deal with repeated verification was annoying and felt like overkill. The package did arrive eventually and everything was fine, but I really wish the tracking updates were clearer, especially for something important like pet medication...

They did keep me updated, so I’ll give them that, communication was fine overall. But the order took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. In the end, everything turned out okay, but the waiting around was definitely a bit of a pain

"Saved a bit, but not amazing"
I ordered from petsdrugmart.ca after finding a coupon, and it did take a little off my total. The savings were nice, but once shipping and everything was added, it wasn’t as much of a deal as I’d hoped. A few promo codes I tried didn’t work either, which was frustrating. Overall, I’m glad I saved something, but I wouldn’t say it was a huge bargain. I’d probably check the site again if I need pet meds, but only if I can find a better discount.

"Super easy checkout"
The checkout was really simple, like I just went through it without having to stop and figure anything out. Paid by card and it felt secure the whole time, which is always something I kind of notice. "Honestly, it was easier than I expected"
I needed to update my account info and change a few things for my pet’s meds, and I was kind of expecting it to be a hassle. But, annoyingly enough, it was actually straightforward. I found what I needed without clicking around forever, and when I had a small question, they got back to me fairly quickly. I can’t really complain, it made ordering a lot easier for me.
